Error

When I try sending a test email I get the message-

Error sending test email. Connection could not be established with host email-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com [php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known #0]

I know that at least three of the cams that I've been monitoring were on but I recieved no notification. I've used the Send a test email function before and it worked.
