ForumCam Notifier Helpnotification problem

notification problem

I tried to change my email address in my account to see if I could get around a blockage of notifications. (AT&T probably meddling again with my email-to-text route from Camnoifier. Please check anyway if notifications are indeed going out.)

But when I try to "update details" on my account with an address change, I get an oops-error page.

It's an "Oops! An Error Occurred" from a Symfony page.

Somewhat fixed. I can access the Update Details page now, but when I ry to save changes I get the Symfony Oops-Error page again.

There should be any problems, what are you trying to change on the details page? Can you please give it another try! Thanks!

Want to change current email (a txt.att.net address) to a gmail address. Still getting a Symfony error page.

Does updating details require entry of password?

A pity your site's SMS function is unavailable.

Again, sure you cannot change it? I was able to change your email address several times. Do you type your email address and not copy paste it from somewhere, right?

The SMS function could be enabled for your account, however additional credit is needed as SMS is expensive compared to emails. If you are alright with that we could get a rough estimation on how much that would be.

Thank you!

Making SMS would be great, if it'll play well with my cell provider. Cost?

The SMS notifications would depend on the volume and destination. In your particular case, around $3/month. If you find this acceptable, please send an email at [email protected] so we can continue from there.

Thank you!

Still mulling that. Been distracted by a bunch of stuff.

But over the past week text notifications have started reaching me again, on the original "txt.att.net" pathway. Go figure.

Possibly because I stopped deleting the texts right away. Maybe that "convinced" the AT&T electronic brains that they were of "network user value".
