[SOLVED] No notifications from cam4 user even though they are online

Cam4 user https://www.cam4.com/melantha is not being detected as online and I have not been receiving notifications for several months now. She was on all this week, but no emails sent and even the “last broadcast” date on here is not updated either.

This is a know issue with users that have specific privacy settings applied. Will have to monitor this cam the following days to troubleshoot. Will keep this thread updated.

Thank you for waiting, we have identified the issue, the cam should be detected properly in the future. This has fixed multiple cams that are having the same problem. Again, thank you for taking the time to raise this.
