Telegram Non. notification

My Telegram account was disconnected for the past three days, I finally got it working but the cam notification is not working. I did a test and it was successful two of my cam models were online but I never receive a notification that they were online. I just checked my cams and hardworkertn is online but I did not get a notification he was online. I am still not getting notifications.

There is nothing on our side that might suggest there is an issue. Have you received an email for the same monitored webcams? Can you confirm this is an issue only with telegram?
