Telegram notifications not working

Hello admins! For some reason telegram bot doesn't send any notifications for cam4, while email notifications work fine. Can you fix it please?

I have enabled the telegram notifications option for you. For future references, please check under Notifier Details that you have the Telegram Notify option set to yes.
