Hey,

Have you checked the FAQ section? It is best to use one of the extensions available for Firefox and Chrome in order to add cams to be monitored.

You have to options to get notified when a webcam is online: email notification or RSS notification for which you should use a notification software.

No, this has nothing to do with cam4. As you can see, there are other paysites for which you can monitor cams.
