Can anyone tell me what is going on with this site? Cam4 made a big deal out of gaining ownership about 12 months ago

but since then webcam archiver has continued to grow. Who is getting the money from the videos that people are downloading? is it Cam4?? and how come private shows on Cam4 are uploaded to webcam archiver while private shows on Chaturbate and Live Jasmine are not? isn't this strange? I don't know what to do. I've tried to get videos of me removed from the site but nothing is happening and I feel sick knowing someone is making money from my private shows being on that site for anyone to purchase without my consent. Cam4 have offered no help what so ever so why did they claim to own the site after a legal ruling?

It is strange how private shows on Cam4 get uploaded to that site but private shows on Chaturbate do not.

Anyone know how this is even possible?

Cam4 have now deleted all the posts and tweets they made about taking ownership of Cam Archiver. The entire thing is bizarre.

All the cam sites clearly state that although performers own their shows by virtue of using the site they give up the future rights of the shows and the webcam site may do ANYThing they see fit to do to gain an extra buck. In effect they are saying you should be happy we let you own your shows and you too can do anything you want with them. That's why they even sell them for you on some websites.

The moral of this story is there is no morals when it comes to internet greed and if you are lazy and not wise you will be exploited. But, for many this arrangement works out because any videos out there is ike a free promotion of your show. People will always pay more for live than video. This is what performers completely miss. The websites don't miss this fact and use both live and recorded with your full consent to gain every dime possible over the next millennia and beyond to have your young image circulate generating income for wealthy site owners until the end of time and beyond.

If it helps, remember the body changes out nearly every cell of the body each seven years. Over time that old video isn't you anymore. Nor is it even associated with you.

The only time to be concerned, if it is a concern, is while you are actively performing and current. There is such a humongous volume of these performances being made daily that as soon as you stop performing you drop down and further down in popularity while new guys are on top and more accessible.

Also, why would you assume that all websites do the same thing? True it's possible only a small handful of people control the vast majority of porn, but each site has it's own way of doing things. So cam4 and Cbate don't copy each other unless it makes cash. I hope I've clarified this some. Of course I'm saying the obvious, this goes much deeper than I can explain here.
