By supporting chaturbate.com you indirectly support a couple of other websites. The below listed sites are using the same data and cams. Only the layout (styles / colors ) and the branding (name / logo) is different:
• chaturbate.com (the 'original')
• livefreecamx.com
• xpcams.com
• 4fcams.com
• cam7.com
• laidcam.com
• mylivecamsite.com
• girlsoncam.info
• fuckaroo.org
• rlc-cams.com
• chatpig.biz
If you don't know what product branding is, let's call them 'siblings' of charturbate.com ;-) .

That's an extensive list, I really need to think how should I implement this in a good way.

Maybe, but I'm thinking to only support the free sites (thus removing livejasmine which is not that popular on camnotifier). Basically sites where there is no time limit watching the performers.

are showing the same data and seemed to have same structure. Also they have in common that there's a "register" overlay after 2(?) minutes. and annoying: it comes again and again..
another common criteria: all switch their UI language based on your country (determined via IP address)
Funny in addtion: there's always a tiny window, coming up which looks like a "private message" window opened by the broadcaster. But: even east european people are asking in this window in YOUR native language perfectly.... :grins
looks there's the need of some kind of site-network name / alias name mechanism.

no problem, I'm just using a web search service and entering a little more then 1..2 words. That way I found the "sibling" sites of cam4, charturbate, naked and now bongacams.
Be aware that those lists are not stable and changing from time to time. (that's also a hint to the CamNotifier Coders: make it configurable (property file or similar))

webcam.com and streamate.com seem to share the same database. They are one and the same.

I'm willing to renew the sibling search results for different major site as I did in the past.
But I won't if the list just added here and not used by camnotifier. Because the list of siblings is changing. Let us assume 10..20% of the sibblings domain names are changing within 3..6 months. So: that's a little dynamically list. Therefore I already suggested (on implemantation side) a property file, easy to maintain for the siblings definition.
BTW: even when people register a new cam via a siblings domain name, I would redirect them to the "original". a) within the registration. and b) within the notifications
