notification problem

Which are the cams with no notification? You can use the contact page to send a private message. There is a Support button that appears on the left-hand side of the screen:

Hopefully everything should be back to normal as the notification system functionality has been fully restored.

Hello Admin. since yesterday this issu is happening, the notification system is failing , it is notifying with around 40 min. later since a cam show has started :-( Please, could you check it out and fix it asap? Thanks

Checking the dashboard for monitoring the functioning of camnotifier and indeed there was a delay in processing the notifications, however the delay has been fixed and notification should be triggered as expected. Will continue to monitor this closely. Thank you!

There are still a few issues. I've increased the number of workers to address spikes when there are too many online cams, and I will watch it carefully. Thank you!

The cam models were Maximus_787 and Hardworkertn. After a couple of troubleshooting on my own, I have received their cams notifications.

I do not understand what you mean by the Support button that appears on the left-hand side of the screen what screen are you speaking of?

There is a problem with notifications from chaturbate models: followed models are online but no notification is received, as well as they appear offline here in camnotifier. 

It seems notifications are working well with cam4 models.

Indeed, since last night there is an issue with Chaturbate. Will check.

Maximus_787 is on cam but I did not get a notification, Why?

I’m glad you guys are working on this. None of my Chaturbate Notifications are working since 10/18.

Was surfing the cams and came across Hardworkertn online I did not receive notice so I checked my cams but it states cam offline.  I am going to do a message test to see if goes to. I received the Test. I checked to see if Maximus_787 was online his cam page says he was on six hours ago.

I managed to resolve the main issue. However, we still have the edge cases, which probably correspond to 5% of the cameras you have monitoring. This is still work in progress.
