I definitely like the idea of categorization. I'm always a little confused when looking for the 'female' tag in the current list.

thoughts and ideas:

'category' can be named 'gent' or 'gender' . couple is the gent m+f or m+m or f+f, a group is just couple++ . Therefore 'gender' is a category name well matching, I think.

The orientation category should be 2nd after gender category IMHO

In the niches list feet + porn star are duplicates. If you add 'oral' here , you should add 'anal' as well IMHO. what about 'fetish'?

I'm in doubt about 'gatherings' and 'scheduled shows' as term here. I would omit both.

remove long/short hair from 'body'.

-> new category hair: long, short, shaved, brown, trimmed, black, blond, red ....

or add 'shaved' to body type..

'attitude' terms I would move to 'others'.

If we can't extract the categories 'language' and 'country' from the original pages automatically, I would omit them in total. It will become a too big mixture in short time and people will ask to add e.g. more and more languages ( ending up with adding klingon as well. :-D )
