Also: correct eye color is not always easy to determine:

• Light on the broadcaster side,

• color setting of the broadcasters cam,

• mpeg compression,

• color setting on the viewers's side,

• viewers monitor / device

so I vote for no eye color

The country filter is more efficient than eye color. And it looks to me more feasible, cause country information can be extracted from the models page in most of the cases.
